A must attend workshop for all trainers to get the practical knowledge and skills to create and curate content for ILT.

How to use the data of training needs identification?	How to create High-level and low-level design?
How to set terminal and enabling learning objectives?	How to use different training methodologies?
How to do action-mapping and chunk the content?	How to go about using various design models?
